Dr. Dalloul is an interventional cardiologist who joined Valley Heart Associates in August of 2017. He graduated from Damascus University, School of Medicine in 2004. He completed his Internal Medicine, Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology training at St. John Providence Hospital and Medical Center in Michigan.

He started practicing cardiology in Lake Havasu City, Arizona in August of 2013 and shortly thereafter, he served as the co-chair of cardiology as well as the medical director of the chest pain center at Havasu Regional Medical Center. He pioneered the care for patients with peripheral arterial disease and amputation prevention by bedside skills, early diagnosis, and complex procedure, as he was the only physician who held a vascular medicine board certification at Havasu Regional.

Dr. Dalloul enjoys practicing all aspects of cardiovascular medicine from prevention to complex intervention, but for him, there is nothing more rewarding than preventing a limb amputation and improving the quality of life for patients with peripheral arterial disease.
